When you you deposit mortgage security documents with an escrow company, they will hold onto it for safekeeping. The agreement is guaranteed to be fulfilled if and only when all conditions have been met! We act as the disinterested third party to all transactions. We will hold the necessary papers and ensure you sign them so that when it comes time for payment, we can send everything directly into your hands without any guesswork involved! We take your transaction seriously, so we will ensure that all of the proper paperwork is filed at our office. You can depend on us to collect money from buyers and disburse it accordingly as instructed by you! When a payment is late, we will not contact the buyer. Instead, at year's end, you'll receive 1098 and 99 reporting for tax purposes which may include interest charges on your behalf if that were applicable during this period.
We provide these forms so our customers can file them with their taxes when needed!
